Want to conduct research as an undergraduate, but don't know where to start?
The Cornell Undergraduate Research Board (CURB) offers multiple sub-programs that work together to foster research (across all fields) among undergraduates at Cornell University. In this panel, you will hear from CURB's E-Board about how to get started with research, as well as how you can get involved with each sub-committee: CURB Connect, CURBx, Finance, Outreach, the Peer Mentorship Program, Publicity, and the Symposium committee.
The first 45 minutes to an hour will consist of the panel, followed by a Q&A session.

The panel will consist of current undergraduate and graduate students along with the parents of a current undergraduate student. The panel provides incoming students and their families with valuable knowledge around a wide range of topics (housing, food, transportation, extracurricular activities/involvement, what to bring to Cornell, academics, etc.). Incoming students and families will also have an opportunity to ask questions during the Q&A.

This ancient personality inventory will help you understand yourself and unlock your potential. The Office of Spirituality and Meaning-Making invites new undergraduate students to spend some time learning more about the personal characteristics that make you who you are. Through a mix of presentation, group discussions, and reflection activities, you will gain new knowledge and understanding about how the different parts of yourself manifest personally in your life and impact your relationships with others. This workshop will provide strategies to help you on the path for personal growth and student success at Cornell and beyond.
